The Bible Access List is a “comprehensive 2025 assessment identifying where Bible access is most difficult and shortages among Christians are greatest”.

The research is presented in three sections:

  1. Bible Restrictions List: in which countries is it hard to import, print, stock, distribute and/or own a Bible?
  2. Bible Shortage List: in which countries are Christian communities lacking sufficient Bibles in the most appropriate forms?
  3. Country Profiles: detailed summaries per country of Bible access realities and needs

The steering partners for the 2025 list are: Bible League International, Frontlines International and Digital Bible Society. Several other organisations have contributed data.
